MSM Contracts participated in the CEF Specify Construction Excellence Awards for the first time in 2009, with the Laharna apartment building.
Designed by Hughes McMichael Architects, this scheme was constructed on the former Laharna Hotel site in Larne town centre, consisting of 7nr ground floor retail units & 52nr apartments in a multi-storey building.
This project was named as one of four finalists in the Housing: Brownfield category. |
