The works included the demolition of the existing Tile Market building and outbuildings for the construction of a new VW Car Park display area, incorporating advertising signage walls, extensive site lighting, and new key store kiosk building. The works included all new asphalted vehicle parking areas, CCTV and security systems, and a new vehicle cleaning area.
Site Preparation & Demolition: We safely demolished and cleared the existing Tile Market building and all associated outbuildings to create a blank canvas for development.
Premium Surfacing: We laid extensive, high-durability asphalted vehicle parking and display areas engineered to withstand continuous commercial traffic.
Infrastructure & Retail Buildings: Our team constructed a new architectural key store kiosk building alongside dedicated advertising signage walls designed for maximum brand exposure.
Advanced Security & Lighting: We installed extensive commercial site lighting to ensure 24/7 visibility, paired with an integrated CCTV and site security system to protect high-value stock.
Operational Facilities: We built a dedicated, fully equipped vehicle cleaning area with integrated drainage to support daily dealership operations.
