MSM Contracts was established in Portadown in 1985 with a simple goal: to deliver construction projects to the highest standard, every single time.
Over four decades later, that commitment hasn’t changed. From our head office in Portadown and contracts office in Belfast, we serve clients across Northern Ireland and the UK, delivering new builds, fit-outs, and refurbishments across nine different sectors.
All management functions are performed in-house by directly employed, qualified professionals. Our problem-solving culture ensures we provide solutions tailored to each client’s specific requirements, regardless of scale or complexity.
With a team of over 60 skilled professionals, we bring the capacity and expertise of a larger contractor with the responsiveness and personal service of a local partner. That balance is what keeps clients coming back project after project.

1985
MSM Contracts Founded
Established in Portadown, Co. Armagh, MSM Contracts begins operations as a general construction contractor serving the local market.
1994
New Head Office Opened in Portadown
Opened our Northern Ireland Headquarters.
2003
2nd Contracts Office Opened in Belfast
Opened a brand new location in office units developed by MSM to better serve our growing list of clients across Northern Ireland and the UK.
2010
MSM Celebrates 25 Years in Industry
