Inspiring the Next Generation: MSM Welcomes RBAI Students to South Wing Project Site for Careers Visit
As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting local communities and fostering future talent within the Northern Irish construction sector, MSM Contracts recently opened the doors of the RBAI South Wing Project Site to Year 13 students from The Royal Belfast Academical Institution (RBAI).
The site visit and interactive careers talk offered the pupils an invaluable, first-hand look at a major live development right in the heart of Belfast.

Organized in collaboration with RBAI Board member Michael Shaw and Project Architect Mark Finlay, the visit was designed to bridge the gap between classroom learning and active industry practice. The Year 13 students gained a comprehensive insight into the meticulous planning, coordination, and execution required to deliver a building project of this scale.
During the educational session, the boys received professional guidance on the distinct career pathways available within the built environment, including:
