MSM Contracts have just handed over this 49,000 sq ft office block in the heart of Belfast, known as Chichester House. This exciting development will be the new home for Rapid7, a leading provider of security analytics and automation.

This building involved a full redevelopment of the buildings six storeys, taking the building back to the bare frame, an extension to the rear and an additional two new upper floors. All this was completed while working in a live environment which proved a challenging experience for our site team.

This is a great addition to Belfast skyline and we are looking forward to seeing the finishing touches added to the building by Rapid7.
