This project involved the fast-track construction of a 1,000m2 mixed use business centre comprising nine commercial and light industrial units and office space. MSM constructed the business units to a shell finish to enable each tenant to fit-out their units to suit their individual specifications. The project was funded by a number of organisations including the Department for Social Development, the International Fund for Ireland, Ballymena Borough Council, Magherafelt District Council and Riverside Community Enterprise.

The external envelope of the steel-framed building is a combination of facing blockwork, Kingspan Mini-Micro architectural wall cladding, Kingspan low pitch roof cladding with integrated Safespan rooflights and PPC aluminium curtain walling. Roller shutters and steel doors ensure secure access/egress to each unit. External works included in excess of 4,000m2 bitmac surfacing to form an access road and car parking, 330m2 Acheson & Glover paving slabs, soft landscaping and secure perimeter fencing.
