MSM Contracts delivered a new purpose-built, flagship Volkswagen and Škoda showroom for Agnew Group on Belfast’s Boucher Road, forming part of the Group’s wider dual-brand rollout following its appointment as sole Škoda representative for Greater Belfast. The works spanned design, layout, lighting, AV, security, IT infrastructure and sales technology, all delivered to the exacting brand standards set by both manufacturers.
Showroom Design & Layout: MSM Contracts delivered a split showroom layout to a clean, modern design, with Volkswagen vehicles displayed on one side and Škoda models on the other, plus centrally located customer and aftersales facilities across 250+ vehicle display spaces.
Lighting & Audio-visual Systems: We installed state-of-the-art lighting and AV systems throughout, along with interactive digital displays configured by the Agnew internal IT team that let customers explore models and configurations on-site.
Security & Fire Safety: We fitted advanced security systems, including surveillance cameras, access controls and fire safety measures, to protect the showroom and vehicle stock.
IT Infrastructure & Sales Technology: We facilitated the installation of robust IT infrastructure with high-speed internet and secure servers, supported by high-end sales technology including POS systems, staff tablets and CRM integration to streamline customer interactions.
