MSM Contracts were very privileged to spend an afternoon with Caroline Gumble, Chief Executive Officer at The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).

We hosted a lunch with Ms Gumble at the Ten Square Hotel in Belfast city-centre, where MSM staff, who are CIOB members, discussed their roles and projects they have been involved in, before visiting one of our sites at the nearby Chichester House.

Our contracts director, John Greig FRICS, FCIOB, who is a member of the CIOB Belfast Hub, remarked “We thank Caroline for giving us the opportunity to meet and discuss the work being carried out by MSM currently in Belfast and across Northern Ireland.
